Teespring is taking crowd funding to a whole new level. Handy Father has a tee-shirt available right now at TeeSpring.com/HandyFather. The way their site works is very similar to the way other crowd funding websites work, except here you design your own clothing, and then, if the goal is met, everyone gets an amazing piece of clothing. If the goal isn’t met, then no one gets anything, but no one is charged either.
It is simple to design your own clothing, and get a crowd funded project off the ground. You can raise money for any purpose, or even choose to sell the clothing at cost, just to make your wears available.
Increase brand awareness and support a good cause.
Here are a few designs that recently were funded on Teespring:
A couple sold this “Love makes a family shirt” to raise money to adopt: http://teespring.com/chrisandshelleyadopt
This one included children’s and toddler’s shirts to raise money for an 11-year-old to sing in a children’s choir in Hungary: https://teespring.com/bunnygirlsings
This one raised over 85k for Boston relief: http://teespring.com/staystrongboston
