WBC Goose Island Root Beer Review
The WBC Goose Island Root Beer Review by Handy Father. We wish we bought more of this one! This Chicago-style root beer was a pleasure to review. Goose Island Root Beer has a “lighter side of dark” color with excellent, long-lasting head comprised of tiny bubbles.
We noted that Goose Island root beer has a unique, and off-putting scent. It smelled a bit like a lint trap or old dusty room. It’s hard to explain, but all is forgiven once you take that first sip. This 100% cane sugar sweetened root beer is a smooth and creamy experience. Definitely one of the best root beers out there!
The flavor isn’t too overpowering, and Goose Island Root Beer has just the right amount of carbonation. It doesn’t get in the way of itself in terms of flavor or carbonation. It is just a pure and simple root beer. That’s a good thing.
We gave this Chicago-Style WBC Goose Island Root Beer Review a score of 4.25 out of 5 stars for its amazing creaminess and flavor.
This single bottle wasn’t nearly enough, and we’re thirsty for more!
Ingredients: Triple filtered carbonated water, cane sugar, natural and artificial flavor, caramel color, sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate as preservatives and citric acid.
“Goose Island’s deep Chicago roots began in 1988 when its first brew pub opened in historical Lincoln Park. The first Chicago Style Root Beer was brewed in that pub and remains true to the original recipe.Today, Goose Island Craft Sodas continue in the tradition of quality and innovation.”
Like we said, this Goose Island Root Beer review was a pleasure to do, and this soda is a must-try for anyone who loves root beer.
