Henry Weinhard’s Root Beer Review
Henry Weinhard’s Root Beer Review – The best head I’ve ever had!
“A gourmet root beer, hand-finished with only the highest quality ingredients, including sassafras, honey and vanilla.”
This is a dark root beer. The draught style head as claimed on the packaging lives up to the name. The head was very thick and creamy, lasting a good long time. Henry Weinhard’s root beer is very sweet as well as creamy. The sassafras is complimented by real honey as well as vanilla. This is a root beer that you could drink a lot of.
“Enjoy this truly great root beer recipe, originally crafted by our master brewers during prohibition. This outstanding elixir proved to be a popular alternative for our beer-drinking loyalists both during and after the great ‘dry spell’. Our tradition of providing only the finest quality beverages continues to this day in each bottle that bears our founder’s name, Brewmaster Henry Weinhard.”
There is beauty in the simplicity of this root beer. It is a pure root beer flavor.
Our Henry Weinhard’s root beer review score is 4.5 out of 5.
Ingredients: Carbonated water, high fructose corn syrup, caramel color, vanilla extract, natural and artificial flavors, phosphoric acid, sodium benzoate (preserves freshness), honey essence, acacia sassafras extract.
This is the best root beer we have tested thus far. Only has Virgil’s Root Beer matched in score. Henry Weinhard’s Root Beer, however, is on the other side of the spectrum when it comes to flavor and texture. It is thick and creamy with a simple flavor.
Henry Weinhard’s Root Beer is manufactured by Blitz-Weinhard Gourmet Soda Company, Fort Worth, TX.
