Faygo Root Beer Review
This is the Genuine Faygo Root Beer review. Faygo is an old-fashioned draft style root beer that is naturally and ARTIFICIALLY flavored. Faygo is an “off-brand” root beer that is also available nationally.
Like many other generic root beers, Faygo is sweetened with High Fructose Corn Syrup, and that is about the only distinguishable flavor contained in the soda. It is very highly carbonated, and produces laughable amounts of foamy head when poured into a frosted mug (the way we review all root beers at Handy Father).
Here are a couple of our initial impressions:
“This is just a regular ol’ soda…
It doesn’t have any notable characteristics that sets it apart from others
Not yucky, just boring.”
“Very very carbonated… No root beer flavor at all…
darker color
almost burns my tongue with the carbonation.. Wow!”
The Faygo Root Beer Review Scored a 1.75 out of 5 for its lack of flavor, character, and any sign of awesome.
Ingredients: Carbonated Water, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Caramel Color, Potassium Benzoate (preservative), natural and artificial flavors, citric acid, sucralose, potassium sorbate (preservative).

This is not a generic that Handy Father would recommend serving. There are better options.
