Capone Family Secret Root Beer Review
This is the Capone Family Secret Root Beer Review by Handy Father. It is a tough root beer to review because the five of us sat down to review Capone Family Secret Root Beer with two bottles. One bottle was great, and the other bottle was not. Those of us who drank from the first bottle found a nice flavor. The root beer is dark, with good head that doesn’t linger. It was heavily carbonated, but didn’t seem to hinder the flavor like other heavily carbonated root beers. Then there was the second bottle of Capone Family Secret Root Beer… We noticed that there was about 1″ less soda in the bottle than the first. This bottle of Capone Family Secret Root Beer tasted like fermented apples. It wasn’t a pleasant flavor, and so all who drank from the second bottle rated it poorly.
Since the Capone Family Secret Root Beer review must be written on the taste of the root beers tasted, we must assume that in their bottling process, there are inconsistencies. You may get a bad bottle every now and then.
We gave the Capone Family Secret Root Beer review a score of 3.0 out of 5 stars.
Capone Family Secret Root Beer is distributed by Capone Family Secret, Inc. out of Chicago, IL.
The ingredients are: Carbonated water, Sugar, Caramel color, sodium benzoate (preservative), natural flavor, and citric acid.
I don’t know whether we should recommend this root beer or not, as I’m not sure which bottle was the one that is the norm.
Maybe we will have to try this one again to be sure, but there are a lot of root beers out there that have yet to be tasted by Handy Father.
